This Colombian offering consists of coffees from several smallholder farmers in the Huila department of southern Colombia. We love how this coffee features so many of the quintessential qualities we enjoy in great Colombian coffees, like a berry acidity, creamy body, and caramel sweetness. Notes: Strawberry, Caramel, Smooth.

I give it a thumbs up. It's one of many coffees I've gotten through Trade that are very subtle, very non-offensive, and are good, but not stunningly memorable.
